Ben Jackson, Managing Partner, brings over three decades of expertise as a leading broker and luxury homebuilder in Telluride, Colorado. With extensive experience developing in Southwestern Colorado’s challenging mountainous terrain, Mr. Jackson has established a reputation for excellence in complex projects. Mr. Jackson is a managing partner at MTN Realty Holdings, and he also leads the JW Group for Forbes Global Properties, further establishing his leadership in high-end real estate markets.

Pearson Handlin, Managing Partner, leads all administrative and financial functions of the company, including identifying acquisition prospects, overseeing capital and financing relationships, and strategic planning throughout all phases of asset development. He is also a Managing Partner of MTN Realty Holdings, where he successfully leads the acquisition, adaptive reuse, and management of hospitality properties in Colorado.

This team combines decades of experience in luxury real estate development, strategic financial planning, and operational excellence to deliver exceptional projects in complex environments.

Mr. Holland is the Founder and President of Austerra Wealth Management, LLC, located in Dallas, TX. The company manages private debt and equity funds, including the Austerra Stable Growth Fund, which is the primary equity partner of the subject asset.

He earned an MBA with a dual concentration in Investments and Marketing from the Cox School of Business at SMU, during which he also studied International Business at the Hong Kong Institute of Science & Technology in Hong Kong. He earned a BBA in Marketing from the Cox School of Business at SMU, during which he also studied International Business at DIS in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The Cutter Group leads the company's accounting functions, including bookkeeping, tax, and construction draw and funding workflow. Butler Snow has provided legal and advisory services throughout the asset's life cycle. Namely, the firm successfully guided See Forever Development Partners in obtaining the Planned Unit Development [property zoning change] that was unanimously approved by the Huntsville City Council in 2022. Further, the firm continues to advise on all key business transactions and decisions.

The firm, previously Smith Engineering, is led by Daniel Feld and played an integral role in rezoning the property from R1A residential to the current Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning. Mr. Feld designed and implemented all horizontal infrastructure, including stormwater drainage, water, electrical, sewer, and the final plat layout.
